My only concern is it won't work with a billet flywheel so would it be able to handle 8000 Rpms?

Well took the 75 Rear sprocket off and put on a 70 and was able to get the bike to 71.5mph.

In Florida they don't care about mirrors or turn signals. I made the gas tank because the stock tank couldn't keep up.

It's street legal and we drive it on the road. I just figured it made enough hp to carry my big ***.

So I've been searching for top speed on my built predator 212 mini bike. Current gearing is 17X75 and fastest I can get is 59mph that's about 6300rpms. My buddy gets on the bike and goes 66mph with no changes just rider. I weight 230lb and he weights 130lbs. Could the 100lbs really make that big...

Running 93 octane fuel also tried a 1:1 with 110 but didn't change anything. Piston to valve clearance is at .130. When I installed the cam I clearanced the crankshaft and lapped the valves. Spark plug is a racing AR3910X.

Had a mod 2 cam installed when I hit the 6,700 since then I removed it. I'm going to reinstall it now with the head shaved and see if there's a difference. I ordered a new muffler to replace the lawn mower one.

Update. I built a custom gas tank changed idle jet and put a walbro fuel pump on it and issue went away.

Called arc and talked to Hunter. He recommended a DJ2227 carb and a fuel pump.. I also noticed that my SS valve kit didn't come with the valve lash caps so I order the carb and caps. See what happenes.
