yep i made a trip to texas so i got a 12ton pipe bender from northerntool works good only thing to remember is to fill the pipe with sand and put end caps on it so it doesnt kink

yes the tank is gonna be on the engine no they dont need bearings and i've welded up the pipe that goes from the neck to the back side also im about to weld the seat on

that is a racing frame i you were to clean up the motor, put some racing slicks on there and re paint that thing would be worth a pretty penny

how wide is the kart and how long is your axle?

i am thinking about making a racing kart the axle is a diff. from a scrubber (like for cleaning your walmart) im kinda building the kart around it but i dont want to make it to narrow the axle is about 30" long and i dont want the kart to be any narrower than 24" is my axle long enuff to have...

yea, that is true he will probebly have to put a jackshaft on it

all he need to do is gear it with a 10t clutch and 72t axle

briggs 5hp are good engines to build there are a buttload of parts out there
