    Hello max. I also have the same machine. Mine blew it's 15 amp fuse as well. I chased it down to a live wire off it's horn, it also kept shorting out an blowing fuses. I'm not sure how old yours is but I bought mine brand new from a dealer. It doesn't seem to have much problem hitting 39mph...

    Do you let it warm up? I have a 2018 150xrx. Sometimes it does that unless I let it warm up.

    How about a picture, I'd definitely switch that chain clutch out. Those are only ok for mini bikes.

    If you Google Bks go fur go karts most of the stuff including pics are on there alot. I usually try an check there frequently.

    The engine on jackshaft are mounted on the same plate. Pull the jackshaft towards the rear of the kart to tighten the chain. If to lose remove 1 link.

    The rod is 16" long, 2" of thread , 1/4-28.

    You'd probably have to buy the rod. I believe it's 1/4" it's threaded at the far end opposite of pedal. I'd have to check on mine to measure how long the threaded end needs to be. Pedals look good.

    Exactly correct. There should be a spring towards the rear of the rod. Then throttle cable hooks into it.

    Hello, I'm trying to restore 2 Bks gokarts. Been viewing different gokarts an found these 2 different pics was there a special reason for the change? Unfortunately I don't know the size of the 2nd pic an still trying to find 1 without that shadow.
