Totally different suggestion :cornut: ...maybe leave the engine & "drive train" alone ...& just use a 12V lithium power tool battery, to "power" the lights on your kart ;) Could have extras "on board" for longer rides ...& just re-charge 'em overnight, in the garage :cheers2:

First, "wiring & controller issues" from a "short" could have "fried" (technical term) other things ...than just the controller ...like the electronic throttle, fuses &/or fuse holders...for example So, "if" you buy it don't pay too much ...as it could be an "easy fix" ...or a frickin'...

Many folks, have had many problems, with used Chinese wiring harnesses :huh: ...so, I agree with T (aka Master Hack) probably be best ta make your own Just "think it thru" ...& we'll be here to help ...if ya need it ;)

Hey Denny, I'm not using many nails on this project ...but, thanks for the offer :thumbsup: To create the strongest foundation ...& gain the highest wind (uplift) resistance ...the 1" x 4" x 8' boards, are screwed down with 2 1/2" deck screws ...driven thru the roofing & wooden sheeting...

Yup, 12V 250W is for stuff like "plastic" Powers Wheels type vehicles IMO 24V 500W is/would be about the minimum, to motivate a vehicle with a teenager to adult size person, like many scooters ;) Check this out ...FYI ...& for potentially pertinent info :cheers2...
