Did some prep work on the chassis Then, installed the 3" spacers...with rosette's :thumbsup: An "out of focus" ...but, closer up(per) view o_O

Howdy electricgokart, Yup, it looks like the battery pack you (linked above) ...should be compatible with the motor kit you (also, linked above) :thumbsup: But, like Hellion mentioned, the connectors are different. According to the "specs" (ads) ...the battery pack has an Anderson XT60...

Hey Ez, Well...fiberglassin' is a seasonal activity...if done out of doors (outside) ...& the temps are/drop below ~65* & I have been doing all of this fiberglassin' outside in my backyard ...&/now, the current "high" temps, around here, are only ~ 40* :( * Many of the fiberglassin' videos...

Hey WTR, Um...yea...I was...gonna :innocent: As this front section isn't really "structural" ...& is "basically" just a foot/leg "box" & front bumper ;) & I incorporated "huge" ~5" long, solid pins ...under all of them 3" "splices" :) But, I'm flexable ...& I guess...I could ...drill some...

I cut (4) 3" pieces of pipe (~5/8" ID) ...to use as the "spacers" ...& (4) ~5" pieces of 5/8" OD rod ...to use as alignment "pins" Then, simply aligned the ends ...& slid 'em together ;) A ratchet strap helped to "draw" everything together, nice-n-snug :thumbsup:

Here is another brake rod-to-brake band, connecting method ...for karts with rod actuated brake bands * Note that the end of the brake rod (or cable) ...needs to be, connected to, the "actuating" side/end of the brake band So, when the brakes are applied ...the "closing or clamping action" of...
