    Baja Warrior foot pegs

I also added frame gussets up near the forks oh, and I did a quarter inch thick motor plate oh, I forgot I actually used thick wall tubing for the pegs, I did gussets on a bike.

    Baja Warrior foot pegs

I have snapped two of those pegs off. And when you do that it leaves a gouge in the frame. A huge gouge... If you have access to a welder I would reinforce the pegs with gussets oh, that's what I did and that solved my problem.

    Black Widows Torque Converter Issue

Yes pictures. Keep the stock jackshaft, I just tried my eBay Chinese torque converter, and it was just a tiny bit too small. So I rebuilt the current driven unitI. The jackshaft bearings are 20 mm, and then the jackshaft is tapered down and threaded... accommodate 5/8" ish driven.

    Black Widows Torque Converter Issue

I assume that means you bought a true Comet torque converter unit. I do know the Chinese ones are about that 16 mm. I have a very similar Kart and will be encountering this issue tonight so I'll let you know if I find. Cuz I'm going to put an eBay torque converter on my American Sports work wasp

    ASW 3170 Dragonfly

Bahahah so true about the flag... I didn't even notice. I paid $300. Still worth it in my mind considering people in Arizona think they have gold and try to get top dollar. Just noticed upon further examination I'll need to rebuild the driven unit... but I should have all the parts.

    Mod 2 cam rpms

I felt like that camshaft did great from 4000 to 8000 with 1.2 rockers... I cannot compare it to the CL 1, but I can compare to the CM grind which I do like the CM grind more.
