okay pictures will be coming tonight. I have the rolling chassis ready but the shocks in the back are definitely not strong enough. you can bottoming out just by standing in it. those are the really cheap shocks you can buy for 15 dollars a piece. I need way stronger shocks that are 12 inches...

I had a question for you guys, I'm doing a rear trailing arm suspension and was looking at shocks. If I want two shocks and my kart weights around 450lbs what are the best ones I can get for a budget of about 50 per shock max? Bmi has a few that are either 400lbs load or 700 lbs load rated. Any...

haha they probably are. a current update is that i have recieved ALL parts except two shocks and weldment brackets and i am about halfway done modeling them in CAD. my work gave me a complete steering system from a golf car from the steering wheel all the way to the rack and pinion and struts...

the edge style buggies are growing on me! mainly the taipan. i bet it would be simple to just do the whole thing in my 1 1/4'' square tubing and slap on that 16hp industrial with a comet 40. probably would feel right nice.

i have been looking around at different kart and buggy plans. the edge plans seem to be well thought out and solid. the trax 2, taipan, and sidewinder look to be very nice. they quote these karts at up to 3000$$$ do build... am i reading that wrong?! thats without drivetrain. haha they just seem...
