How big of welder do i need to weld a go kart frame? frame will be one of those tiny pavement ones but with a big engine on the back. my engine is too big to fit on it as of now so im going to lengthen it and strengthen it for the weight of the engine.

hey, i just moved to manning,sc. im gonna build a real go kart now that i have a nice building to work in. im ofcoarse going to use the 6.5 and do a few mods. but ive seen people picking them up for like 65 bucks. how can i get them that cheap.

Hey everyone on my lawn mower i have a 3in drive pulley on the engine and a 8in on the back. i customized the 3in pulley and cut a large section outta it and welded it back together that way it could run off the mowerdeck pulley, no mower deck there btw so it gave me alot more speed like 5 more...

i think most people use mild steel. aluminum will be expensive and you gotta have some kinda welder i believe. as of thickness i have no idea.

lol no :P its a totald bike, only thing that was wrong with it engine wise was the oil cooler, bought some oil cooler at TSC that works just as good. the front end is SMASHED... anyways r paddle shifters hard to setup?

ok ty, idk bout cables but it doesnt matter bcuz im using everything off of my gsxr600. i still havent figured out how im going to shift lol. as for tires im not sure.
