Thanks! My 3.3 i am in the process of tuning it now. Just been busy with my Goped lately. But it was a 2.5 at first but i put the 3.3 in it :) My kart is a Manco.. I just did not put the middle headrest in because it was the heaviest part of the roll-cage.

Oil the clutch? I only oil the bushing part. No its is not a fresh clutch but the pads look to be fine though.

It only smokes when i put oil on it. Because I guess its burning off.. But i no i never heard of that phrase.

Well i think it burns off fast because i see that that the clutch is smoking and it stops sounding smooth. My idle is set low I ride sometimes on trails and some on the street. I do not press the brake sometimes when i need too.

Hey i broke another clutch bushing :( Well i thought i was doing a good job keep it lube but i guess i wasn't. I was using lithium grease that i bought at Autozone to keep it lube. Yeah i know it doesn't matter where i ride. But just notice it on the path because that's where i was when it was dark.

I just disconnect mines because my motor would stall when i go off-road.. But now i dont have that problem anymore. I would recommend to disconnect it and just check the oil frequently.

Yeah, I am about to start doing both. Grease and a drop of 3in1 oil.. Because the grease burns off when i go in the woods and when the clutch is really being put to work.

Well i been using grease on mine i got from Autozone and its works GREAT. I mean when i go in the woods it burns off so i have to re-grease it but i think grease will last longer then using oil. because it sticks on there..

Yeah it is veryyy important to grease that bushing like every 2-3 hours. I dont grease it every 2-3 hours but i do try to grease it every night or every other night. Because if that bushing is not grease it can shatter and brake. (Happen to me before) And you will then have to be paying 9buxs...

I bought some lithium grease from autozone and i am using that. It seems to work as of now but i will see tomorrow when i ride it a little harder :)

Well i am going to keep my eye open for a bike engine.. But i thought bike engines range in the thousands. Because i never seen one for 160 that runs.
