Well, I made this mount for the rack and pinion but it was too short. Guess I didnt double check the tie rod angle after I tacked the bracket. Taller mount is in the background. Didn't feel like grinding the mounting plate off the shorter tube tonight. 20260423_193550.jpg

Nothing picture worthy today. Did some final assembly of the passenger side trailing arm and wheel hub. Keystock for the sprocket and cv shaft plate. Probably do the driver side tomorrow.

Ok so the longer front wheel studs didnt fit. I ordered new ones today. I hope Dennis Kirk will take them back and not charge me any stupid fees. 20260430_192715.jpg So corse correction, started working on motor plate jackshaft tensioners. This setup is just tacked while I was testing function. Seemed to work great so I burned it in. P.s. I gave you a nice close up photo to see the tensioner, not judge my not so perfect oblong axle slot!

Finished tensioner on both jackshafts, built a tensioner for the rear diff. Cut and installed tube on jackshafts on either side of the Sprockets. Bolted down the motor, installed the driver. Ect. Yada yada yada20260502_175649.jpg

Down to the less exciting part of the build, final details and assembly. Then finding what I need to rework. Will try to post up pics and details next time I'm out in the garage
