here's what i've figured out, and i need some people's help on ideas for this.... i have a moped in my shed, i could make the fork work on this frame but the wheel is 17"......doesn't bother me so much if i can find at least a 13-15" drive wheel with some decent width to it.....anyone have any...

btw, there's some sort of serial number on this bike, it's basically all a stripped frame but on this sticker i can make out where it says "If you write to us about this article or If you order replacement parts for ________ please mention this model and serial number...
