i put a world formula carb on my briggs raptor and it ran fine on the bench but now that its mount on the kart with a gravity tank its flooding out the over flow valve but it wasnt doin this when it was on the bench with the same set up:mad2::horse::censored:

hmm maybe take a dremel with a cut off wheel and cut the notch off or maybe a sanding barrel and sand it down:idea2:

you can get some mad from sites online but check out a local tractor supply they normal keep keyed shaft than you can just get some threads on it and mod it like you wont to

ya all you need is a jack shaft and some rigging and you will have to find the best gear ration for the speed and power you wont but i would go with 1:2 ratio for the engine side of the jackshaft and 1:6 ration on the axle side of the shaft and that should give you a good balance of speed and...

just build a box for them and mount it to the frame and ground the to the frame like in a car but for that many speakers your going to need a car stereo or something alone those line what you planing on useing?

is it a dual bearing block

yes just build it up and sand it down smooth to a high lift

i always used some rtv sealer for gaskets and you can just heat the springs up and that will make them have stronger tension

has anyone ever thought of useing jb weld on the lobes of the cam to make higher lifts and more duration :idea2:
