So we recently came across another project cart....but we need your help! What is this thing? Anybody recognize it? Look how low to the ground it sits; the belly is dragging! Could we swap to some 6" wheels up front and buy us some additional ground clearance? This thing is in the weeds.....

Couldn't get the brake drum off......one side is attached, so it won't come off until I yank the "clover hub". Which might be never, as she's planted on there right good. The drum itself doesn't look trashed, but was held on with some old, rusty, bent nails. We were able to get those out, and...

Can we heat the axle hot enough if we just use the small butane torch? Or do I need to drag my big dog over from the house, you think?
