Approx. 350lbs for frame. 500lbs total What I'm trying to ask is..."for under $300 (motor wise, before sprokets and gearing) is it possible to get 500lbs rolling at 40+mph with approx 15in tires?

Just another newbie here (lol). I'm looking to take a Yerf Dog (esque) frame (~350 lbs) and make it run 40+ mph on 24(if possible), 36 or 48 volts. I am open to dual rear motors....what do I pick? I don't think that dual 1000w my1020s geared low will even get me that fast? I know others have...
