I love this color, its bronco blue. I also welded some tubing in for more support. I am looking to add some net on the sides so if it rolls over my kids arms won't fly out.

Have not had any trouble with the Chinese brakes on my kids karts.

I don't mean to be critical, but you have to much heat in your welds on the last pic. To much heat will make the metal weak and prone to breaking. You are doing a fine job.

While your at it change the spark plug, look for a good air filter. UNI makes a good one. The lag before you take off is the clutch expanding. I'm not sure what rpm the clutch engages at, but I wouldn't be concerned about it. Unless you really have to rev it up then that's a problem. You can...

Build a spacer to put in between the Carb and intake, check out mine. Really helped out mine, I also pulled the packing out of the muffler.

Well I guess what I'm asking in a round about way is has anybody here installed the kit? It always seems like there is some problem when buying parts online. Where I live there is one Chinese motor shop and the guy dosent seem to know alot about the performance end.

I was thinking about doing the 110cc big bore kit on my sons 90. How much difference in power would it be? I would like it to be able to go in the sand. These kits are cheap online $ 40.

the filter has what looks like to be steel wool inside of it. so I soak the filter in tranny oil, cut a black sock, zip tie it on and call it good. seems to work for a pre filter just fine.
