Looks like I am a little late getting back to you. Sorry. Here are the pictures you were looking for. The brake was very inexpensive. I just welded the caliper bracket to a spot on the frame and bout a turnbuckle for a hardware store and welded it to the origonal brake rod so I had adjustment.
