I don't see a place for axle bearings. If there's a place for axle bearings, you might be able to get a 5/8' keyed axle.... but not sure. I think someone cut the dead axle studs..... (like the front ones)....off. Meaning you need to weld the rear axles left & right back on. That's what I would...

The axle issue sounds strange, maybe I'm missing something. Are you 100% sure that is the original ... axel? What is the axle diameter, I'm thinking ..3/4".

Can you please tell me in a little more detail about the......... torches on the rims and candle wax...... I'd love to know how that works,...thanks. Good work the finished kart looks ........great.

All you have to do is rub the top off his head, and click your heels three times.

I'm not sure if they still sell them, but a got an angle grinder .....tool- (wrench)..... at Harbor Freight for taking off the grinding wheels. And it works GREAT, I have about 4 grinders and has never failed me yet.

That sounds great, I used to always use alcohol before watching the game. I'm guessing it's ok to test ride your kart, .....as long as you didn't use to much alcohol.

That does not sound right. You might have to start over with a new axle assemble. I know that's what I would do.

I messed the bolt up on a new ARC billet rod. I did not want to spend the money..... but I ordered a new rod ,,, and had piece of mind after I installed the new one.

You need to show us a picture of your kart and the old wheels you are replacing.

Sorry, meant to say "chromoly pushrods" ........thought that looked funny. I wonder how many hours he spent looking for.....commonly push rods.
