Thanks guys for the posts I will pass on the deal and maybe pick up the Azusa kit or build my own frame and use large fat tires. Do you guys know where I can get a fat tire mini bike frame plan? I was thinking of using 18 or 19"x8-8 tires and a harbor freight 11-13 hp engine.

trx200 is worth more like $600-$800 since it needs some fender cracks addressed. I thought maybe the frame could of been rare or something and if it were worth that much I don't understand why he wouldn't fix it up. I will probably walk away from it, I could always sell the atv and pick up one...
