Can I take the flywheel and starter motor of this engine and put it on an old 8 horse Briggs?

I grinded and cut most of what I needed so I threw a layer of primer to show imperfections and protect from any more rust

Oh yea I forgot I had that as my signature, and my dad used to say that when I was a kid all the time. I'm not the greatest welder but there a lot better than what's on this bike now

Got most of the old paint off and I welded up all pinholes and other spots that needed. Now I'm gonna primer it and move to the bigger part... The frame.

I am going to be doing a lot of cutting and bracing and who knows how much of the old frame will be left. And what is a sig?
