Picked up a Manco 706 XTK. The rear axle is obviously not right. Anyone know what these collars are before I take a hammer and start trying to get it apart?

Does anyone know if the Manco 706 and 710 are different sizes? i know motor size if different, many of the parts appear to interchange but the frame part numbers are not the same. the 706 PN# 12458 and the 710 is a 12391. Can't find any dimensions though?
