Ok i jus found a problem. on the rear tires where the lug nut or watever is there is not a nut it is welded to the axel.i got one tire off and i will have to grind a bit of axel and rim off to get the other off so i now need another axel. Is this hard to replace and how do i find out which one...

I have like a jackshaft mounting plate i guess could i use this btw the sprocket on the outside that goes to the axel sprocket teeth have been worn down and it is for 35 chain so could i use this and change the sprockets on the plate
