For starters, a 54t sprocket is waaaay too small with 20" tyres.

Go for the tav2 but your axle sprocket should be somewhere around 80t.

To figure out your top speed, punch some numbers into this

I doubt you will find a 80 tooth sprocket, I think most they get is 72.
EDIT....Unless you want it in #25 chain....

That's wat i was looking for i found 1 but it was 90 bucks could i drop the sprocket to a 80t #35 and the tav2 for it its only 45 for the 80t sprocket for 35 chain

By that comment, I assume you're currently using #41 chain: The problem with switching to #35 is you'll then need to get a #35 sprocket for the driven which will probably be a minimum of 12t, bringing your ratio back to 6.6:1...

hey i was wondering what a good gear ratio would be for a off road kart with 13 inch tires in the back and 14 inch front tires the engine is a 212 predator. also i was thinking of using this torque converter 30 Series Driven Unit, 5/8" Bore, 6" Diameter at http://www.mfgsupply.com is this any good?
