    Older Torque Converter Stuck

I will give those a try. I have tried the PB blaster before I posted. No luck. It should just pull off right? It wouldn't be screwed onto the shaft. Inside the TC shaft towards the engine is a 5/8" thread that a long bolt goes into once it's all put together. But I have no idea what the bigger...

dart kart with predator engine question

Youtube is your friend. Search for predator 212cc throttle linkage and there are many how to's for this engine. I don't know a thing about your kart but the pred 212 is very popular. This forum was very helpful for me as well when I started my new hobby. Good Luck

I got the outside off with a puller but cant seem to get the inner part off. I cant see anything that...

    Front End Problems

will do. The threads on the heim joints are 2" long and are both adjusted all the way in currently. I am assuming I'm after a 10° positive camber?

    Front End Problems

The top a arms are 1" longer than the bottom. The heim joints are welded straight. They were made in a jig on a flat table. I think it's just the picture that makes them look bent. Steering is night and day. I have a video up over on my build thread. There is still some bump steer when it's...

    Front End Problems

There is about a 1/2" drop on the shocks. The shocks have a 2" travel. This gave me about 1-1/2" rise. When i put my 200lb frame in it that changes to roughly 1" down travel and 1" up. As far as the heims go I don't think I follow you. The tube you see welded to the a arm is threaded on the...

Predator 212cc Modded backfire The billet flywheel came today. The predator had its first start up. After I let it idle for a bit I gave it a little throttle to hear it roar. Backfire. Here's a short video of what I am dealing with. Watch "Predator 212cc Modded" on YouTube Predator 212cc...
