Landuse is correct. It is most likely your low oil sensor. These utility engines aren't designed for use in vehicles so any tipping or jarring will affect them to some degree. Easy fix is to just cut the sensor wire to the engine shutoff ground. Don't bother with cracking the case to remove...

The shaft is about 5.25" from the base. You can get a PTO stub for Hondas that will work on the fly wheel side if you need it.
