    Well.... I tried the fixed position without adjusting the timing and the TX fired right up! That's what I get for being inpatient I guess. Went for a test drive out to the dunes. And it ran great.

    How did you set the timing? Was it 32°btdc. Or did you put it back workout re-timing?

    Yes! After all the mods and going back and fourth troublesshooting I just decided to put the stock flywheel back on and it fired the first pull!

    Problem was new arc billet flywheel! Apparently an extra magnet on the flywheel don't work right with a single ignition coil!

    My best guess is I didn't set my timing chart right on the flywheel but it don't have any marks to set as a zero point. Yet the new flywheel has two magnets. Stock flywheelonly had one!
