Yes, all of the small holes are threaded. The guy I got it from had a set of more modern racing kart wheels that he included, they are nowhere near close to fitting.

There are 5 threaded holes in the hub.
When I measure across in a star pattern like I would on a full size car it measures 4".

I am looking for a gas cap to fit my Chaparral project. The hole is an 1 1/4". Chrome would be great, but at this point I just need something to keep the gas in the tank.
