I seem to be having trouble finding a place to get wheels on the cheap, I have a 1 inch live axle. I found that I could get them from Northern Tool for $50 each but I really want to try to find some cheaper ones. Any suggestions?

Im looking for square steel tubing and I was just wondering if it is generally cheaper to buy from a metal distributer like allmetalsinc.com or to buy from a store like home depot or lowes?

I think I am going to try to build most of my frame without welding. What is the best way to do this? Should drill holes in the square tubing and connect it with brackets? How hard would it be to make these holes?

If I am welding a frame from 16 gauge square steel tubing, how powerful of a welder would I need? Would a 100 v mig welder be able to do the job?

So I am having trouble figuring out what is the next stage of my build. I have access to a motorbike engine that only needs an exhaust and Im not sure what is the next stage of the build. Maybe the frame?
