Hey everyone I have a gx160 5.0 engine. The go kart is not accelerating. I can give it full throttle and it starts going slow Wasnt doing this yesterday. Any ideas ? See picture

Its not the big screw its the screw that has the sharp tip which is usually gold. Would that missing cause the engine to not stay on ?

The black screw is there the screw wkth the sharp point fell out
