I bought some oil resistant form a gasket and lock tight for the threads, so next weekend I guess I will tear id down again make another gasket and start over and see what happens. Would had did it today but wifes bday and she wanted to go to the demolition derby at the county fair. lol

Here are the 2 mini bikes in question. Same prob with both. Only dif with engines is my wifes bike ( the one with the apes) has a elec start engine. but basically the same engine.

I will check into that. But yes that was another thought because its not level in the frame. But thats why I replaced the oil seal. and getting same result with the other engine that is just like a the pred engine just a electric start.

Well I mounted the engine and had to walk away for a few min when I came back it started leaking again. I checked the oil plug and its sung. So I got pissed and walked away for the night. Tomorrow I will try to get some pics in.

Since Im not sure what kind of pics you wanted I decided to take the engine out and bolted it to a work bench. Its been running for 15 min now with no leaks.
