Hey I am getting a Honda Clone engine in a month or so and I wanted to increase the rpm's because I want it to go faster. I don't have any idea how to do that and I don't even know if that would make it go faster so if someone could help that would be great. Thanks

Maybe your tank doesn't have enough pressure on it to get gas into the carb. You should check and make sure that the gas is flowing out of the tank. Take the tank off and take the gas line off of the carb. then let the gas go into a jar. If it gas goes through, your good. If it doesn't, rebuild...

How fast is that going?

That is not bad actually...mine is full of old car parts and filters and stuff like that and I have to fit three cars, a go kart, and a bunch of storage shelves...

Sounds like a good project and good luck with finding those parts. I would just use a hand shifter and a foot clutch. It would be easier for me to set up anyway...Whatever works try ebay for everything. You can get some deals. Later...

:iagree: It would be better to make it live axle. I like the suspension idea...I don't know where to get a good seat but gokartgalaxy.com has some good deals. Check ebay and stuff like that or just build your own out of wood, foam, and vinyl. Looks good...

If you want more speed and power go live axle and as for a chain or belt I would go chain...

Does it have a transmission? sounds like a cool dune buggy...I've always wanted one. Thats a good price too.

To me that looks kinda heavy I think a Tecumseh 6.0HP would work for it but if you wan't more power and some more speed I would go with a Tecumseh 8HP. Overall it doesn't look bad...I have something similair. Just my opinion
