    Go kart front tire/rim source

Hi, I have a murray go kart that I'm trying to find some quality front wheels for. Front what I've read in the part diagrams, it originally had 11x4 front tires. does anyone know where I can find that size suitable for a go kart? I'm sick of buying tractor supply tires that won't hold up under...

    Comet TAV 2 advice needed

Hi sid, I will replace the bearing. And yes, there was a small washer (in which was included in the kit when I purchased it 1 1/2 yrs ago) between the sprocket and bearing. Ok, when I "lubed" the driven, I used the proper COMET dry lube on the surfaces pictured. Am I doing this right? As...

    Comet TAV 2 advice needed

Hi, I have a TAV2 mounted to my yerf dog 3203 with a 6.5 Lifan engine. Yesterday,I drove it full throttle (bout 32 mph) 6 miles, took a break, then drive 6 miles back non stop. Just before making it home, I burned up my belt. No biggie. Everything was well lubed before leaving. So, my...

After looking a bit closer I noticed on one of my swing arms the brackets to the chassis were only welded on one side. The other was welded on both so guess it must've been a Monday mornin mistake. I simply welded it myself. Now painted Here's where they'll hang for the next five days...

I decided to just get two replacement arms from BMI. These are noticeably better made. The materials are heavier gauge. Can't wait to get these painted!

    Baja MB200 battery mod

Haha well, don't have any power wheels! I forgot to mention that baja discontinued a rear mountable basket. Maybe I could make one to hold a battery?

    Baja MB200 battery mod

Hi everyone, I'm wanting to add an AGM battery to my MB200 . Has anyone ever done this? I'm wanting to have continuous bright lights without having to drive full speed all the time. I'm thinking I might weld together a battery box out of some flat bar and mount it in front of my engine. Any...

Hey, it appears there's more to the assembly than just the roller. Do you have any of these other parts? Are they simple? Maybe something I could make? I found a site who sells the roller: http://www.quickieparts.com/go-kart---mini-bike-parts/1001187-murray-go-kart-idler-pulley.html Thanks...
