Hi, I have a TAV2 mounted to my yerf dog 3203 with a 6.5 Lifan engine.
Yesterday,I drove it full throttle (bout 32 mph) 6 miles, took a break, then drive 6 miles back non stop. Just before making it home, I burned up my belt. No biggie.
Everything was well lubed before leaving. So, my question is I noticed that my driven pulley's rear plate has some very slight movement (that I didn't notice before) where the three rivets are located. Did driving it like I did cause this and should I be concerned? Would it hurt to tack weld the rear plate to the rivet plate? Also, I noticed that one of my jackshaft's bearing kinda grinds (not excessively). Replace it? Both?
Thanks
Doug
