I agree to your point bro.....but I l explain a budjet for a proper gokart at using a manual 5 speed in the material I refer to.
Engine : 8000 Rupees(fully reconditioned, turbocharged and tuned,with proper exhaust kit and a good air filter)
Chassis : 10000 Rupees
Wheels and other expenses : 5...
Fibreglass or carbon fiber with resin bro...resin is the sticky thing which hardens right....and stuff it in such a way that theres no room...increase the internal density as much . You should try a sample and check its linear strength....and shear strength.
Brother, please dont try to weld without experience. You may get hurt seriously. And for your gokart, you can use a single or inline twin cylinder motor and turbocharge it for perfomace. By doing this, you can get power at a cheaper price. Keep your ground clearance as flat to the ground as...
