No need to clean carb, maybe if it were a 4 stroke but you're able to adjust the jets from the outside on these. There should be 2 little screws on the side of the carb (like the red and black one in the photo I attached), turning these effect the amount of fuel going into the carb, you're...

    Kt100 tuning/mods

I just bought a kart with a KT100 with a 2 hole air box and 4 hole can. I am wondering what the differences are between air boxes and air filters on these two stroke engines. And the difference between cans and pipes. Pros and cons? Which offers more performance? Realibility? Thanks!

    KT100 Carb Settings

I am wondering what the high and low settings on the KT100 actually do. I'm not wondering what to set them at, I've found plenty of threads on that but I am curious as to what you're actually changing when you screw those in or out? Thanks.

    Wheels

I picked up some tires the other day 10.5x4.5-6 for the front and 11.5x6.5-6 in the back. Now my question is can I run a 5 inch wide rim in the front and a 7 inch wide rim in the back? Will the tires still mount? Thanks

    Yet another newbie

Help with wheels I picked up some cheap, used racing slick today to get me started off. Now I need to buy rims. I'm struggling with the width I need. This is because the width stated on the front tires say 4.5 inch but if you measure bead to bead it looks like 5.5 or 6 inch (see pictures). Same...

gov. removed, intake, straight pipe no difference?

I don't believe that speed calculator. It told me I would only be able to do 26mph. Well, I finished my kart and clocked it and I was able to get to 37mph.
