**** carb is leaking.. the screw that holds bowl on is stripped.. and thats the MAIN body of the carb I am a machinist and when I say its stripped trust me.. and its cracked a lil the tube that holds the jet and bowl crew.. from overtightening


I can get a carb 30-60 bux but I am DONE



recently put in new coil, condensor, points, plug, lapped flywheel new key..


Gonna buy a CLONE already built From the cheapest builder!!

you have to understand what the lil bro is going through here, yeah it just needs a carb, but he has spent hour after hour on this thing for it to just bite him again and again.

The clone is the best option for him an his lack of patience with vintage equipment!

Hey bummer that G200's giving you so much grief man, I dont blame ya for wanting to dump it. You need to come up with a kart stand or a work bench to get yer kart up off the ground.
Before I got my stand, my back and legs were always hurting from all that bending over.

Lol. Stick some JB weld in the port. Dunno how the jet would react to it, but I did that to a old motor's exhaust threads. JB Kwik. After 7 minutes, remove the screws (might take a bit of force). Good as new threads LOL.

what ever typical american dont want to spend the time fixing and making a old object perform back as it should and have it last way longer then chinese pos that they can buy bit will only last quarter of the life of a good engine ahahah
