Ok so I ordered new bearings for the front, I had ordered some replacement spindles awhile back for it but the new ones width is 5/8 and the old one was 3/4 so I never swapped them out, but now I ordered 5/8 bearings so I can put the new ones on, ordered a new pull starter assembly, a 11 tooth sprocket, idle jets, and the stage 1 kit for the juggernaut and will get that all swapped when it comes in!

Sounds like a good plan 👌.

I order bearings by the 10 pk.
For some strange reason, people only wanna buy 1 bearing at a time, 😆 🤣 😂.

Yard karts seem to go thur more bearings then something with suspension.

Ok so finally an update... been super busy but tonight I finally changed the steering spindles, rebuilt them with new spacers, washers, lock nuts, changed the bearings, put new tie rod ends on and aligned it the best I could with a tape measure in the dark lol, changed to a new pull starter and it started right up on the 40 but I still think I might change to the 38 idle jet, I have the stage 1 kit I will put that in tomorrow as well as the 11 tooth, i went on just a quick little ride and it seemed smoother in the front but there aint no tellin20231022_002910.jpg20231022_002729.jpg20231022_002808.jpg20231022_002817.jpg

If you got a "doper's gram scale" like this, you could weight match those juggernaut s1 parts.

I find, weight matched fly weights in the 30 series drivers, always makes for smoother engagements, and less noise.
Jus a thought, 👍

Also plug was fouled again so I swapped back to the 135 and put the 38 idle in
I put the torch 7 plug in, with a .036" main jet and it runs much better.

The bp9es was black sooted in like mins, but never fouled.

I put the bp9es in my mini bike and it cleaned it up. It has same carb with .037" main jet, but more CR and faster ramped camshaft.
