Yea, I do.
Both outer gaskets, about 5 very light coats, 20 mins between each coat.

You will get some on the middle gasket, but I havn had a problem.

I also use washers between the bolts and head, when using shim gaskets.

Comet belts last.

You seeing any oil in the catch can at that higher rpm ???

Gotta another part in the mail.
I really jus wanted to ride the mini bike today, now I gotta change this.

20231014_144041.jpg

It's jus a "ka-bob-ya-lator" for a junk turd motor.

Those useless numbers mean nothing to slide carb guys.
They like big, pretty parts that stick out,.....uhm, that's kinda strange, but what ever turns em on, I reckon.

But let's have a look see.
20231014_161330.jpg

Japan, well that might be better then china???

20231014_150710.jpg

Got some extra jets.
They actually measure what they are marked. WOW.... I wonder why GPS sells .038" jets that only measure .035" ...uhm, maybe their crap can't handle a true .038" main jet???? πŸ€”

And matching gaskets that actually DON'T NEED GASKET MATCHING.
Probably because RPQ hand builds their carbs and use the correct gaskets is my best guess, πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Well let's keep looking.20231014_151021.jpg
The throttle shaft looks thinner then stock, as does the throttle blade, it's got a knife edge on each side also.

Throttle blade hold down screw is flat and shorter then stock, maybe to flow more air/mix, πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

The venturi is definitely opened up more, only tapered on 1 side tho, not like a turd,....which is tapered on both ends,....... jus incase you was wondering, πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜† 😜 πŸ˜€ πŸ˜„ 🀣 πŸ˜‰

Fast forward..... a few adult cold beverages later.

I finally got that 1 tapered turd "ka-bob-ya-lator" on. Jus had to up the idle speed 400-500 more rpm, that low speed idle crap don't cut it for me.

But now my damn roto tiller motor sounds like a pi$$Ed off chainsaw, gotta flame inside the muffler at idle, must be something to do with that 2nd spark thingy deal πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜‚ 😹.

Barely touch the throttle and it's gone.

Didn't even get to the 3000 rpm stall. Not even close to temp.
I only rode it a min or 2 then somebody showed up looking for parts.

I'll get more time tomorrow.

Hope my 1st vid works, if not.....fruck it, I tried.

I only had it down my driveway and was coming bak up my neighbors driveway, when those guys pulled up.

I turned it off and forgot to look at max rpm, but that t/c is jumping into high so much faster now, there was hardly any rpm drop, from what I could tell.

I'll get more time on it today and pull that plug, it's pig rich right now with the . 035" main and .026" low, but I still havnt added any timing yet, πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜‚ 😹 πŸ˜†

After those guys left, I dropped the right side air pressure down and it was launching the front tires off the ground.

I was bout hammered by then and figured it would be best to quit while I was still able to walk, πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜‚ 😹 πŸ˜†

Congrats on the baby!!!!

Your 1st????

Hope momma is doing good πŸ‘

I broke the ol turd motor buggy.
A limb jumped out in front of me, πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜‚ 😹 πŸ˜†
Almost didn't make it back home.

I was gonna weld it up, but got other things to take care of today.

20231015_134815.jpg

I did get some plug readings.
The bottom 1 is bp9es plug, 26* timing, .026" low speed and .035" high speed, outta the box jetting.

The middle is bp9es plug, 29* timing and same jets, not much difference.

The top 1 is the factory 7 Torch plug and same jetting. That booger was rolling!!!!!

I went home and put a new 7 Torch plug in and change main to a .036". Got 4 or 5 good runs in until I popped that tree limb.

The engine needs a lil more CR, before I can run those cold plugs

I hate when trees jump out in front of me. Then they just stand there waiting to be hit. Won’t even try to get out of the way.
We got some bad wind the other night, and sure enough a tree jus had to fall right where I have been testing and tuning.

I should have went bak and got the chainsaw and moved it outta the way.

If you do that how will you be able to hit it again?
When I was about 10 I had to hit the same tree 3 times before I went out and chopped down the tree. Changed the frame on that dirt bike 4 different times in one month. I could swap frames in 21/2 hours!

Dam the bad luck.

Rubber o-ring??
Copper wire??
Small washer??

Order extras, when you find the one that fits.

Its like a little E clip I found one on a old carb that worked, put it back together was going down the road and snapped the steering arm thing so I had to reweld that but once I got that done I went for a rip only hit like 5900rpm with the comet belt hit 49 but i had to stop before the big hill so idk top speed front driver wheel bearing needs to be replaced now it started grinding so I turned around also put like 1/3 a can of seafoam in with the tank of gas i need to get some new gas this stuff is a little over a year old but going to get me some fresh 93 tomorrow

Good looking plug!!!!
The best yet, I believe.

I would try dropping the e clip 1 notch down on the needle, looking for jus a lil bit more color. ...but it's really good now.

I push the limit on every thing, πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜‚

I got this one welded today, but it's been raining most of the day and cold too.
I dropped it all the way down at first when i got it back together after losing the clip and it was bogging weird
