Dont have much to say regarding the charge pipe, im yet to figure one out for my project.. Tho, that copper return pipe looks a tad small for a return?

Thanks for the concern, if the turbo was used to it's full capacity, and fed 40+psi oil pressure from an automobile engine, I would be concerned.

But I am only feeding it 3-4 psi at low volume, and low shaft speeds, so I think it will be adequate. I used the same return line on my turbo kohler command vtwin, and it went well. Plus , I don't think you plan on liquid cooling yours, neither mine, so are we really doing it by the book? :p

I like the top return... Pour that oil right over the crank and rod bearing.

The line might look tiny, but that's a tiny turbo... Looks hardly bigger than my fist.

That was the idea. Its a cute lil thing. This engine never had a mechanical governor, so the hole is cast over, I drilled the return right over the rod journal.

Sorry got lots of stuff going on.
I had to fabricobble a m10x1.25 to 1/8 npt adapter, because that was unobtainium. Placed at the back, cause the oil dipper throws oil that way. Sourced some heavy duty clamps and transmission cooler line.
Got the cooler bracket sorted, the charge pipe will run under it.

I got in some fancy parts for another build, so thats the objective rn.

Maybe my eyes are tricking me..
but that spout on the finned side cover looks
like it'd prevent the mount of a cent clutch or a TC driver.

looks great, but direct drive would be a pain I guess.

Yeah, That is why I never put it on anything else. In the application for this motor, the clutch will be on the jackshaft, with direct chain or belt drive to the crankshaft.

The gx200 itself was from a 500+ hour unit like dis

Awesome! Whatever happened with this?
Thanks! nothing! currently a conversation piece. I have never tried to start it. Yet.

It sits next to the homebrew twin cylinder clone, in the small engine laboratory. it ran like a sewing machine the couple times I started it,
but never had a fitting project for it. Same deal with the turbo engine, to many other projects and not enough practical applications.

The pitbike I was going to install it on ended up going another route. I used a push mower engine and blade stop clutch, hooked to the original clutch lever, for fun. It worked , rode it a bunch , then a bud wanted something to ride around a property, so I gave it away. Its been serving him well. More room in the garage.

If I do something with it. ill let yall know.

Dang, recently took an eu3000 to the scrapyard at work, was thinking of pulling it. Only took the cyl head.
ah. well. if you happen to come across another I'll take it! generators aren't common around me for scrap parts.

Thank yall! Just having fun. Hopefully I can run it soon, the biggest challenge is the charge/ intake pipe. I am thinking of modifying this existing piece, any ideas?
Where did you get that turbo, whats the price for it? I need a turbo for my diesel build
