Again @mvkutzy

I know that feeling of trying to hook up stuff and the constant need for adaptors. Being a musician and having a small recording setup, there's a few boxes I have of goodies.

A few months ago the bulb blew in my big screen DLP tv. Not a big deal. New bulbs can be had, just gotta wait on the mailman.

I was deep in to a PS4 game and started to get to me. So I nabbed my big computer monitor from the studio and set it on the coffee table. (You might be a redneck if your working tv is sitting on top of your non-working tv)

I go to plug in the PS4 to the monitor. Arrg. It's VGA only. So I haul it back out and swap out for the smaller monitor screen. Victory! It has HDMI.

Well no speakers. It's a monitor. Arrg.
So I had to round up some small computer speakers and the PS4 has no audio out. Arrgh.
But the controller does. So much for wireless...

I hear ya.. It seams sometimes technology wants to F with you seriously...I reckon it because you tried to mix the years together....

But another thing... These days... there are so many adapters for what ever you want, its actually a good thing.. This era we live in, is quite the spectrum of technology that spans over a hundred years when it comes to home and commercial electronic goods..

Like vinyl... There are record stores that sell new music and players.... on vinyl.... who woulda thunk...
I also saw a new tape player somewhere, I forget where... That was a bizarre scene..

I just found out that, as of tomorrow night, we're under stay at home orders. Good news is, the auto parts store is listed as an essential business, so if I have to, I'll still be able to get a fuel pump and fuel line.

I believe those stay at home orders just got released today, so you're not too far behind. Sucks living in an apartment right now. Would love to be working on my project. But instead I'll be playing Red Dead Redemption 2, Minecraft, and Roller coaster tycoon 2 until I go back to work saturday. Did I just time travel back to college?

I dont know where to put this... In the Coronial thread or just a quick...
Here I guess...

Ive been wanting to do a few things to the truck.. they've been bugging me for a while now.
I have a full size spare tire, and currently it just flops about in the back of the bed.
Every time I go over a speed bump or curb whatever.. it bounces about..
I had seen these things for tire securement for trailers, for a piece of equipment/vehicle.
Erickson E track, and their line of track mounting system, has a bunch of things to make tying down stuff quick and easy....
I mounted some down and secured the spare tire and another for strapping down the jugs of juice. NO flopping about.. Holds in place securely...
Ill need a few more pieces later on, so I can move the bikes about with out movement at all.. But for now, this will do....
Next I just need a piece of steel flat bar to make a hanger for the hilift jack, and keep that from flopping about aswell...

Edit: Youll have to excuse the light clamp just in frame, in the last pic...

I have been home for more than a week now

At least I got some time to play with the mini bikes , sorry bout the apt situation

I play on Xbox One, so the new Bedrock edition. Would play it on the laptop, but Mojang will not link my old Java account with my Xbox Live account, since I haven't had access to the associated email in a few years. So just Xbox exclusive.

I haven't jumped on Forza in a hot minute. Got Horizon 2 was it? The one where it's in Australia and they finally offered trophy trucks, etc. Been wanting to get a wheel and pedal setup so I can properly play the game. Haven't had a wheel since Forza Motorsports and Gran Turismo 4, with a Mad Katz that worked on both PS2 and original Xbox.

Nothing is open here besides grocery stores, chemists and health services. Why would auto parts be essential? :D

Good luck with the stay at home order. I have found that i have gotten a lot done around the house

Kartorbust, it's funny you would say that it's the "new Bedrock edition." Pretty much Bedrock Edition is a renamed Pocket Edition, which I've been playing since version 0.1.2 Alpha (Released November 2011). Back then there was no crafting system and only basic blocks and tools.

And landuse, I could see auto parts as being essential. Imagine all of the parts stores were closed and one of your cars belts broke, or your alternator went out, where would you get the part, and how would you get to the grocery store, or the doctors office if you needed to?

And we've gotten a lot done too. We've cleaned both porches, all the windows, fixed our chicken pen, and I'm working on the garden now.

I work for a surveyor. We are considered essiential and have been swamped with work. Hard part is the county buildings are closed so getting our maps and legals is a real pain.

I still have a little time to tinker in the garage on my crawler. Then video games for a few before bed.

Thankfully my job is considered essential, so still doing my 40 hours. But its to work then straight home and then there all weekend.

Video game talk huh? I only play Call Of Duty Black Ops 4, Blackout Mode on PS4. :2guns: I have tried the latest COD, but don't really care for it. Don't play too much, only at the end of some nights or weekend mornings.

I did buy Red Dead 2, but never played it. My daughter, who has her own PS4, wanted to play it first. Well I never got it back and the game has become hers. She has completed it a couple times, and has currently started another round. She also plays Minecraft.

Spring is in full bloom here, so I have a lot of yard work to keep me busy, not to mention my back log of ongoing projects/hobbies. :cheers2:
