Big block has two definitions I believe in our hobby, mounting bolt pattern and pto being at least 1" diameter. Not all big blocks have the "big block" mounting pattern, but generally speaking they do. Regardless if it's one person or two person to lift is irrelevant to the size. That part has more to do with said individual(s) strength and/or how awkward the engine is. Some have weird balancing and suck to move.

I'd clean up that GX390 and get a Dingo to mess around with. Is it pull start only, or does have electric start?

If you just go by weight (less than or more than 20kg)
yes
GX200: 17kg
-------
GX240: 25kg

other go by mounting hole patterns (in order to know if they can mount it to the gear in need of an engine ;))
at least that's how I remembered it to be...

the small blocks (GX120, 160 and 200)
have a mounting pattern of 162x80 mm

the mid blocks (GX240 and 270)
have a mounting pattern of 195.5x96 mm

and the big blocks (GX340 and 390)
have a mounting pattern of 195.5x103 mm

well and the twins are a different size again...

but the pattern changed over time..
some gx240 are small blocks (and even by weight IIRC)
and I think there was a time where the gx200 were mid blocks..
will have to find the old datasheets to look it up

Sadly only pull start i am gonna see if it is possible to make it el start because i have a bunch of mower starters if it has teeth on the flywheel. But im cleaning it up for my yerf dog 3202 so i can cram my 8hp industrial plus into my yerf dog 1203. I gave up on finding a dingo all indiana ones are destroyed beyond recognition. Or are rusty as crap and someone wants 300$ from it so ill stick with my cheap yerfs. Manco is overpriced in indiana.

Yes it is possible or at least should be. Some blocks usually have the starter hole still casted, but casted shut. You'll have to take a hole saw and cut out the hole. You'll at least need a new flywheel with a starter ring gear. As well as a stator/charge coil. So a compatible flywheel with stator magnets. Regulator/rectifier to switch from AC to DC and to regulate the voltage. Probably a few other parts I'm forgetting, but that's pretty much the bulk of what you'll need. Expect about $350 minimum for the conversion.
