Manco or Sear/Manco or ?

Got this today and although it looks very similar to the Early American Express the steering shaft down tubes look slightly different.
Not cut or bent, no repaint and engine plate is unmolested. Did not get bearing hangers or axle nuts,clips or wheel mount plates but the rims are cherry and it came with an extra seat pad.
Live axle, drum brake.

Any help on definitive ID is much appreciated.

Gonna go with Manco here. (based on the manco wheels, but could be something else) The axle appears to be the one with the diff which might be the peerless brand. Good find honestly. Based on what I see here, you have 4 front wheels. 2 manco 5" fronts and 2 manco 4" fronts.

Good find now you just need tires lol also it looks like a bristers thunder kart is there any stickers or tags on the frame or seat anywhere

You aren't mistaken, every manco I've had was a 3" wide or close piece of sheet metal straight down the center of the seat hoop to another piece ran perpendicular to it for the butt pad. I don't think it's a manco, but it is similar looking to the Am-Ex. Pedals aren't manco either.

He bought it as seen at an auction of mainly farm equipment 3 years ago and figured he'd get around to doing something with it and that never happened so he decided it was time to go. Been there, done that.

Yes it came with Briggs engine, everything in picture. Convinced it did not come with differential axle as stock but it is nice to have for trade bait or for cash.
How much I paid, well it was a good deal but not free, that's where I will leave that.
I looked at every Manco pic I could find including all the manuals till I was dizzy yesterday and nothing looks exactly like it so have no idea.

I'm 6'3" 250 lbs so I don't fit this thing but I have Grandkids. so it may get done there but they seem to like the 4 wheeler better so it will probably be wall art in the shop.
Some of the vintage mini bikes other than just Manco used these same wheels so there is value in them. Arctic Cat mini bikes for one comes to mind.

Still curious as to the maker, someone here will probably figure it out.

Pretty sure I still have a keyed Go Power series 1 wheel in the shop with an Eliminator slick so that will come up for sale here in the future.

The vintage slingshot chassis will always be timeless and that is what this reminds me of.

rear axle mounting kind of looks like it was made for the large knobby tires. maybe it is just angle of the pics.
