Started on a built a while back. Took a 500cc ninja motor and I'm in the process of mounting it on my crossfire 150. So far I have the rear frame fabed and welded in. Motor mounts are made and welded in. Instrument panel is made and bolted in. All wiring is done. Shifter is made all g with mounts. Just need mounted. Trailing arms are built. Need to build axles yet. Its close to being done.

Looks sweet, we need to put our heads together and come up with a reverse gear box that handles more than 7 hp now;)

Rebuilt the for t motor mount still dont like it but it will work. Have to modify the control arms they are a little to long for my liking. More pics to follow. Might be a while.

I usually don’t say what I have planned that’s special but for you................

I’m building my reverse with a starter and a one way gear off a motorcycle crank. Direct to the axle with a flywheel or a chain and sprocket combination.

Hopefully this link works. This is a continued build from an old threat. ...
So I merged the threads, makes things easier to follow ;)

PS if you want to add another picture to your last post, just edit it (advanced mode)
do not just add another post with just an image.. (so I merged those posts into one as well ;))

My father in law is building this same buggy with a 750cc Kawasaki that I gave him, interesting build for both of you, I'm almost afraid of his once it's done, I know what that engine did on the bike that outweighed it.
