1wd kart slick tires, can I use the race dish like rims?

I have a Manco Sidekick with 1wd and I've been thinking about putting slicks on it instead of the knobby tires because I'd prefer not to rip up grass. Would I be able to use rims like the ones in the linked picture or would I have to use the type that came with the kart? I'd like to be able to switch sets for when it rains or I want to do some grass drifting use slicks and switch to knobby on clear sunny days to save the slicks because it seems slicks are expensive.

It depend on the hub for the bolt pattern.... then you can mount what ever you want on it for the given space you have...

^^This.
The hubs/bearings mostly determine that.
On the other hand, I'd first make sure there are no slicks available for your wheel size. Racing wheels are often made of aluminum or magnesium, and don't hold up as well as steel rims to abuse.
Width of the new slicks in relation to the wheel has some leeway, they can be slightly wider or narrower than the wheel.
