Here is the new pics. It still needs some sort of idler sprocket as you can see the scars on the rear sprocket where the chain came off the other day, and better brakes for sure. Any ideas would be appreciated. Maybe a kick stand so I can get rid of the 4x4.
Over the winter I rebuilt the 4 hp briggs, made a new seat, made a fake tank out of a nose piece off an old go-cart with a big kill switch for the gas cap and made a new air filter off an old benelli dirt bike.

I also made a video today of how it likes to roast the back tire. I'll post it later after I edit it a bit.

My dad bought me one of those choppers a while ago. I could barely even ride it and when you did you had to REALY lean into it, ended up returning it.

Not with me on it, but with my son at about 80lbs
they are decent....needs discs someday.

HAHA YES! i am so glad I found this thread, I got the jesse james version of this like 3 years ago for christmas and its a sweet bobber style but you can lean back when you sit into so your not hunched over like your kid in the pics. I'll make a thread about it. the rear tire, is that the one off of the original bike or another one? if so how does it handle to the torque? this is gonna be up there with the shifter kart and my current build, my dods gonna come home and i'll be like "uhh, I got a few projects..."

how does the torq converter work and how did you line it up, also how did you rig up the rear sprocket on the wheel that bike is sick and i am working on one myself, just need to make the new front forks and get the motor plate all welded up. cant wait to ride mine hopefully it will hold me i weigh about 200 lol
