The throttle linked above is really slick...mine just came in the mail. Since I started with a racekart, it makes it easy to just adapt to the stock accelerator pedal. Definitely worth the $25 so my kids don't need to retrain their brains to use a thumb or twist throttle on a "car" and not as clunky as those bolt-on pedals.

Check out these pull type throttle cables. They seem perfect for converting old ICE (gas powered) go karts over to electric.

How did the Motenergy ME0708 do? I'm looking for a 48v motor and have seen the ME0708 used before but don't have enough performance details.
