I’d take the carb adapter off and check the gasket. Sounds like a vacuum leak to me. You may have only thought you ran out of fuel.

wow..idk why I didn't think/see that lol
there was a broken gasket, the simplest thing"hey siri punch me in the head" so it idles perfect nw and wont run on choke
