Hi there! My name is Will, and I'm new to this forum.

I purchased this go kart for $25 back in February, threw a predator 212 on it, and it sat until yesterday.

I haven't put the sprocket hub on it yet, so it has no drive yet.

But aside from that, what model or brand is this Kart?

If any of you could tell me, I'd be very appreciative!

Thanks!

They are painted red. You need to look closely. I found the accelerator but not the brake. It's true official DIYGK find the object in the picture game.

1) Pedals
2) Manufacturer
3)Brakes

I apologize for the poor pictures.

The accelerator and brake pedals are in the front of the cart, separated by the steering column.

I'm not very familiar with many kart manufacturers or models, so this may be just some homemade backyard project.

certainly NOT homemade..
I know that hip hoops for sure (can't put my finger on it atm.. but it'll come)

the front is certainly 'modified' (in what appears to be the heaviest possible way)

Anyways, the kart certainly had a name brand on it once.

$25 Go Kart...what is it..? Pt. 2!

So about a year ago, I posted my first thread on "Kevin," my $25 mystery kart. Thanks to the help of a few members, we've narrowed down the kart to be some type of Streaker model; but no one is certain yet. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Here's the original pictures I posted last year:

[EDIT -sid-]
Allow me to attach the correctly oriented images to your post

It was said just recently that Ken Bars are some of the best but least documented karts.
That seems to hold true.
It looks like it's been *cough* customized from two seater to one seater, see the offset steering shaft?
Could we have some more pics in better light, more angles, and correct orientation! :p
I know, it happens all too easily, but it still makes it a little harder to ID.

..this is getting old..

for proper visual identification the brain has an easier time triggering the synapses
with correctly oriented pictures.. true..
BUT: if one cares enough, one can rotate the picture on one's own device.

So I rotated the images and attached them above...
you're welcome!

And with that the topic about orientation is banned from this thread!
(ONLY EXCEPTION: OP asks for an explanation / how to!)

Now..
since the pics here are quite small,
I merge this thread with your old one (still the same question, right ;))
and the original pics can be expanded to a bigger (more legible) scale :D

Only thing I want to add:
It's No KenBar Streaker!
Sorry, but it should share more with any known Kenbar than just the number of wheels to be put into the brand's portfolio.

And it shares ZERO features with any Kenbar we've seen so far.

[EDIT]

HA!
I knew I've seen it before...
and rotating the images indeed DID help!
(that non original PO added sideplate tripped me off)

ANYWAYS
it's a Yerfdog 1203 (same chassis as 30009) so maybe that one *shrugs*

That sure is one ugly kart. It's a kart only a momma could love. :D

The way the front of the "roll cage" comes down and abruptly terminates on the front "bumper" is also truly disturbing.

I propose the OP names it "The Wedge".

Ehhhhh, I think I'm with Hellion on this one.
However I do think Murray Explorers are ugly!

I do agree it's fugly but if it runs and drives, a pretty slow kart ain't as much fun as a fugly fast one!

Though if OP has some time and creativity, I think it could be a MEAN MAD MAX GO KART!!

Hey Willy, BMI Karts has a selection of Yerf Dog seats with the logo. I’d definitely try to build the kart back up into the way it was, at least a little. They don’t make ‘em no mo’.

That fiberglass high school cafeteria chair looks janky. :D
