I spose it's because of all the negativity and the trolling of threads lately( which I see has been going on for some time and still continues) with non productive stabs and jabs at other's posts, etc. Some pop in with BS insults toward a poster or something they asked for help on and leave, mainly for 'post count' and it's sad. Looking back at someone's post history will prove that! Posts are constantly being removed because of that, but they can't catch them all unless they get reported. Negative posts can turn off people and make them want to go elsewhere. If I am a prospective member and I observe constant bashing and trolling, I'm going to figure that this is not the place for me to ask for help. Look what's happened in the FOR SALE forum!! The rules state, DON"T POST UNLESS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BUYING AND MAKE AN OFFER!! Not to talk trash about what someone is selling! We cannot tolerate this! Like I always say,'BE PART OF THE SOLUTION, NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM' and yes, we seem to have a couple here that just troll posts and post comments and make fun at other's concerns unrelated to the help needed by a thread starter. People come here for help and I know I can't help every situation,but, what I cannot help with, some other member can and without off the wall BS comments about and towards the OP. Comon' folks, most power-plants here ( or in the karting and mini bike world) are small engines and VERY LITTLE can go wrong with them, even through 22HP and better, especially with good maintenance and upkeep. Check that oil level before and during each use! Then you have the drivetrain, clutches and torque converters and other type transmissions, and then your sprockets, teeth count and chain to match .....It's all elementary to those with experience and if you can't be helpful in your post, please just move on without posting. I do have to agree that there has been a lot of ribbing and trolling on here, not as much but it's still around and annoying and tends to drive off newcomers. But there's also a ton of info on here that are stickied in the faq section that should be checked first before posting. However not many do that, regardless of forum, and some members on here get irritated by it, which I think is where some of it comes from.

Well, a true sign of a troll or multi account holder is the lack of THANKS they give and they sure don't get many in return because nobody thanks a smart azz for dumb azz remarks now do they.....
