Ummm??? I suck at hydraulic brakes.

So how do I get this plastic out that is tightly sandwiched between the brake pads? I tried to pull it out and it snapped.

There is only one Allen head bolt. Then there's a rubber cap.
Or do I just try to squeeze the Piston with a clamp or stick a screw driver in there???

ADDED!
Got it out by opening the bleeder screw. Now I'll just have to bleed the brakes.

BUT finally I think I got the spacing worked out. (1) 1/8"washer added to the left side of the axle. (3) 1/8" washers added to the right side of the axle. That should allow the TC sprocket to align with the Wheel Sprocket and allow me to use the brake mounting kit without modifications.

It's still all too fresh. Is it love? Not sure.

What would society think about a Blue and Metallic Minibike running around with a White seat????

What do you think? Do I need another Poll?

Ordered the tank, the throttle grip/cable, a 12oz aerosol can of gabber blue, can of clear coat, 7" TC Driven Pulley 5/8" bore, Genuine Comet Belt 203591.

Need to figure out the pegs. Think I want them 3" further out on each side. thinking about using another threaded rod on the bottom, then some couplers, then the pegs. Think they are 3/8 fine thread, but need to check (maybe metric).

Rest assured, society is judging you, and harshly. I think the white seat is perfect for this pimp of a ride.

I sent a request to two different sellers asking for quotes.
I don't own a sewing machine.

I was wondering if you could do a minibike seat 18" long x 8" wide in the rear and 5" wide in the front. I want one that raises up in the rear. I want black sides, black piping, a white top, and horizontal white stitching.

Is possible, can i get a quote with shipping

Sent with this pic attached. Once to the guy selling this. Again to another guy who sells 18x8 seats.

I guess this will do, but will probably want to upgrade later.
Here's the idea and about where I want them.

I LOVE the rough looking cut on the Aluminum block!

Do the threaded rod thing with billet foot pegs on the ends. Cut off a piece of aluminum tube to cover the threads between the down tubes.

I planned on tubing between the down tubes.
So if I get a few 5/16-24 bolts or some 5/16-24 threaded rod, I could use something like these.

Chrome 5 Groove Shifter or Brake Toe Peg Set

Make Sure Your Model Has 5/16-24 Thread

Features:

Billet Aluminum Shifter Pegs
5/16-24" Thread - Bolts Included
Set of 2 Pegs

But they are short, usually 2"-3".
Bicycle pegs might work with 3/8" rod.

Need to find something nice 5" long or use tubing spacers outside the down tube clamps as well.

If the top threaded rod with tubing around it is strong enough I could just use long bolts on the bottom. But sometimes I like to stand on the pegs if off road and it gets bumpy, so thinking double rod/tube is the way to go.

5/16? That is a little on the small side. It would look tacky if they got bent.

I agree. But 3/8" grade 8 rod with some 1/2" tubing might work. Don't remember how those sizes fit together. Depends on wall thickness.

I'll look for some 3/8" pegs, hopefully 5" long

I guess my grips are down stairs. Tank, pulley, and belt should be here by tomorrow. Paint may take a few more days.

That left grip that slid on so easily must like it there. It don't want come off.

So I guess I need to customize the throttle cable. Seems the sheathing is an inch too long. When installed in the grip and carb, the slide is more than half open. I don't have stuff to solder the wire back together, so I guess I'll have to figure something out.
