disc hubs usually come with grub screws or locking collars
(with grub screws, usually two per part.. 90° offset)
you removed those grub screws already?

same goes for flanged bearings

The bearings have collar with set screws. I disn't see anything on disc and sprocket. They are welded to a collar that has a key. I'm going to set it up different.

I think we might need a close up...
maybe PO thought it'd be good to weld to the axle *shrugs*

Anyways.. from what little I can see on the pic you posted.. I'm saying that disc hub is likely going to have two grub screws..
otherwise it'll not stay in place when freshly installed without locking collars...
and since there are no locking collars visible.... ;)

Anyways, when in doubt, let us see a pic!
the collar is the hub just as the wheel hubs ;)

I'll get closer pic when I get off ..the bearing had screws but is still stuck but disc and spindle does not. They had pieces of tube to keep everything from sliding. Tubing will spin free but it obstructs me from being able to hit the collars to free them.

That's weird, the axle should have a key way

That would be the slot in pic one....

Spindles is still away on vacation or is he home now? Maybe he's jet-laggin' and "not all there yet"?

yeah well... uhm...

aaaanyways... back to topic!
Babb that's indeed odd it looks like both the brake disc and the sprocket are joined on a single hollow shaft for some reason.. either it's been a spacer that cold welded to the parts or was intentionally welded or braced..

I cannot remember that any company ever did something like that
(which doesn't mean it never happened, it just means I never seen that nonsense before ;))

Well, leaves us with a lack of visible set screws indeed.. have you checked the whole length of that 'spacer tube' ?
maybe there's just two in the center for one reason or another..
worst case it's been hotseated, which in itself is a terrible thing to do, and practically impossible to remove without cutting.

So I'm afraid.. all I can say is this :
if it's indeed one single part by now and there's no screws to fix it to the axle anywhere, then cutting will be the only thing left.
the sprocket and disc appear to have still some life in them.. but frankly.. they should see some maintenance (rust removal mostly) so maybe installing new parts is the easier way and just cut that open.

If you take your angle grinder to work... make sure to cut along the keyway (take note wher it is.. and mark it on the tube as precisely as possible to follow the line with the cutting disc later on..
that way you can at least rescue the axle without too much damage.

PS I'm sorry... but atm I see no alternative ...maybe someone else has a better idea?..

The tube spacer spins freely between them, but they are locked on. I'm going to leave themy and try to move motor mounting plate to better suit my engine. I have oiled beat and heat for weeks after work and nothing. I did save stainless bearings though.

What are you using for heat... Ox/acet or a propane torch?

If you hit the bearing at all in the removing of them... They're mostlikely trash...

Propane and I was able to get bearings off with out too much trouble they spin good so if they are trash I'll change them later.

Propane isn't really all that hot for getting off the really stuck on rusted parts like your brake and sprocket.... you'll need something hotter to get those off....
